3. Rental include electrical, water, cooking gas, furniture & condo facilities. For air cond, car park and internet are add ons with special rates if tenants need it:-
- Indoor Car Park : RM130/month
- Air cond : RM200/month for 8 hours usage daily
- High speed Internet : RM25/month for general browsing only or RM75/month for heavy user e.g. download/watch drama/movie/video online

4. For unit sharing, we have prepared microwave, fridge, cooking stove, washing machine, water electric kettle for everyone sharing.

5. Our unit are highly secured with CCTV installed on the unit common area e.g. entrance and only using specific card to access our unit entrance to ensure our tenants safety.

6. Tenants can access to condo facilities e.g. gym, swimming pool, sauna, jogging track, bbq area, few 24 hours convenience stores & etc.
