This Gibson acoustic is an accurate reproduction of the J-160E acoustic guitar that John Lennon used throughout the course of his lifetime. This particular replica is authorized by Yoko Ono and is just as it appeared during the first Bed-In held by John and Yoko at the Amsterdam Hilton Hotel in 1969. Only a limited number of these have been made. Each John Lennon J-160E Peace Model is numbered, include an authentic 1960’s Gibson hardshell case, and is shipped with an exact replica of John Lennon’s guitar strap. This strap is on display with John’s J-160E at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. This particular John Lennon J-160E Peace Model with serial number 03402041, is number 143 of a limited Edition of 750 to be built.

This guitar was handmade exclusively in Bozeman, Montana by Gibson Guitar’s world-class luthiers. For over 100 years Gibson has designed and built the world’s finest fretted instruments.
